Sports Board of Isharjyot Degree College For Women held Annual Sports Meet on Monday, February 26th, 2018. Principal, Dr. Suman Saini welcomed the ecstatic crowd which included the chief guest Sant Baba Mann Singh Ji, Baba Kashmir Singh Ji, Baba Mani Singh Ji (Vice President of college), S. Kulwant Singh ji (Principal, SIS Academy), S. Gurnam Singh Ji(Principal, BMS Academy) and the entire IJDCW family. The chief guest hoisted the flag signaling the start of the sports meet. After March past and Oath taking ceremony, the chief guest declared the meet open. The audience witnessed various displays making way for the highly awaited athletic events where competitiveness among the students soared through the roof. Another highlight of the day was a street play presented before one and all on ‘Road Safety’ that kept the audience thrilled. The victory ceremony was performed by the students of pass-out batches. The Best athlete was bagged by Ms. Shailja, I year, B.Sc. Medical. The programme came to an end with vote of thanks by Principal, Dr. Suman Saini.
