The Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) has been established in accordance with the UGC regulations and the Kurukshetra University Policy Against Sexual Harassment of Women, 2015. The committee is responsible for creating a safe, secure, and gender-sensitive environment for students, faculty, and staff.

Key Functions of the ICC:

Prevention: Organizes workshops, orientation sessions, and awareness campaigns to prevent sexual harassment.

Redressal: Receives and inquires into complaints in a confidential, fair, and time-bound manner.

Support: Provides counseling, guidance, and necessary assistance to the complainant.

Compliance: Ensures implementation of university and UGC guidelines on gender equity and workplace safety.
